Cheese Corn Lolipop

Everyone likes to eat Corn in Monsoon right?? & corn is everyone’s home right now. so let’s make delicious ” Cheese Corn Lolipop ”  Kids and elder both likes this recipe for sure.

Let first see the ingredients

  • 2 – Fresh corn
  • 1 TSP – Salt
  • 1 TSP – Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 – Lemon
  • 1 TSP – Butter
  • 1 TSP – Garlic Paste
  • 1 TSP – Turmeric Powder.
  • Cheese for garninshing.

First, peel the corn and wash it properly. then take a cooker to add corn, water, turmeric powder, and Salt.  Boil it up to 3-4 whistle.

Cut boiled corn in small pieces using the knife. like inside the picture.

Now heat the nonstick pan on slow flame and add butter.

just after melting the butter add garlic paste.

     Now put all the corn pieces.

Alter the corn using tongs one by one.  keep it up to 5 minutes.

 

Now add the kulfi stick in the middle part of corn piece. Follow this process one by one in all corn pieces.

 

sprinkle chaat masala & Lemon juice on all corn pieces.  you can avoid lemon juice if don’t like it in corn.

Now garnish it with Cheese. You can adjust the quantity as per your taste. Your Cheese Corn Lolipop is ready to eat. 😋 😋

Note:

  1. For the different taste you can sprinkle oregano & chili flakes instead of chaat masala or mix with chaat masala.  & eat with tomato ketchup.  Who likes to eat pizza they will definitely like this taste. 👌
