Dahi Chutney – Eat With Paratha & Snacks

Hi Friends!!

I am here with another recipe. So!! How are you all?  Its monsoon time and everybody has started to eat pakoras and all, & do you love your pakoras to eat with Dahi??  Here is Dahi(Curd) chutney Recipe it will add extra taste into your pakoras.

So, What are you waiting for let’s start to make it!!

Ingredients:

  • 2-cup  Dahi (Curd)
  • 1 TSP – Sugar
  • 1 TSP – Salt
  • 7-8 garlic
  • 2 – green chili
  • 1/2 cup coriander

How to make

Take a two cup of curd.

Make a very small piece of garlic and green chili using mortar and pestle. Pour the curd into a bowl add this garlic and chili paste, add salt, sugar and finely chopped coriander.

mix it well. & your chutney is ready to eat.

Note:

  1. Make sure that curd should not be very sour otherwise adjust the quantity of sugar and salt.
  2. you can add pomegranate and finely chopped cucumber.
  3. you can eat this chutney with parathas and Snacks.
