Rajma Pulao – Delicious Indian Dish

Almost every one like to eat rice and its very healthy for our body its great source carbohydrates . You can make many different kind of dishes with Rice like Biriyani , pulao , dessert etc…. Today i am going to show you Simple yet tasty recipe called – Rajma Pulao.

Let’s see the ingredients :–

  • 4 Cup Basmati rice
  • 2 – tomato chopped
  • 3 – Onion chopped
  • 1 TSP – Salt
  • 1 TSP – Turmeric powder
  • 1 TSP – Red Chili powder
  • 2-3 TSP – Ketchup
  • 1 small cinnamon
  • 1 TSP – Garam Masala
  • 1 Cup boiled Rajma
  • 2 TSP Oil
  • 1 TSP – Ghee
  • 1 TSP – Cumin seeds

Basmati Rice

First of all boil the rice properly and drain the excessive water using colander.

Take a nonstick pan heat the oil & ghee. add cumin seeds and let it crackle then add , cinnamon, chopped tomato , onion, salt, turmeric powder and mix all very well. Let them cook until the tomato & onion get soft.


after that add drained rice , Red chili powder, Garam Masala, Tomato Ketchup , Boiled Rajma mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

 


switch off the gas and enjoy the RAJMA PULAU with Curry or Rayta or Chutney.
