Leftover rice Cheese & Aloo Tikki | Aloo Tikki | Leftover Rice Recipe

 Many something is leftover from your dinner and lunch if we don’t have ay option to use it . then making  another dish using that leftover item is very good idea.  Let’s make today one of the delicious dish from leftover rice – Rice Cheese and Aloo Tikki

This recipe is very simple and required very less time and very basic ingredients. So let’see the recipe

Ingredients :-

  • 1.5 boiled potato
  • 1 cup leftover cooked rice
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • ½ cup – coriander chopped
  • 1 TSP – red chili powder
  • 1 TSP – salt
  • 1 cheese cube
  • 3-4 TSP oil
  • Corn flour
  • Bread crumbs

 

First of all mash potato in mixing bowl, then add rice, Grate cheese cube , add salt, red chili powder, chopped green chili and coriander.  Mix all this ingredients very well.

Now grease your palm with 2-3 drop of oil and make tikkies from prepared stuff. After prepare all tikkies  take a corn floor ane bread crumbs , first coat with corn flour and then coat with bread crumbs.

 

 


In second method add some water in corn flour and then coat your tikki and then coat tikki with bread crumbs . you can see that bread crumbs sticking properly on tikki.

Now heat the oil in a non stick pan then put all tikkies one by one in hot oil.  Saute it for 2-3 minutes and flip all tikkies and saute it at other side.

 

 

 

That’s it your cheese burst tikkies are ready to eat. Serve it with ketchup or Green Chutney.
