Boil noodles in hot water for 5-10 minute on medium flame, and then drain noodles in colander.
Make a ginger garlic and green chili paste.
Heat 2 table spoon of oil in heavy bottom pan, add paste , saute it well add all vegetables, salt, turmeric powder and saute it very well.
Add soy sauce, add boiled noodles and mix very well.
