Cabbage & Onion Pakoda

Pakoda is a very popular and favorite dish in india. You can find outside very easily or prepare it at home very easily and in less time as well.

There are variety of pakoda but here you will see the recipe of Cabbage & Onion Pakoda

Ingredients :

  • 1 Cup cabbage – Finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Onion – Finely Chopped
  • 1 Cup Coriander Leaves – Finely Chopped
  • 1 Cup Besan
  • 1 TSP – Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp – Salt
  • 1 TSP – Garam Masala
  • 1 TSP – Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 TSP ENO
  • juice of half lemon
  • Oil for frying

 

Finely chop cabbage , onion , coriander leaves

 

Add 1 Cup besan , 1 TSP – Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 Tsp – Salt, 1 TSP – Garam Masala ,1 TSP Coriander Powder, 1/2 TSP ENO  , juice of half lemon

 

 

Add water and mix all very well.

 

 

Take a pan and heat the oil , start to frying pakoda on medium flame.

 

 

Fry it until it turns golden brown.

 

 

Your Crispy Cabbage Onion pakoda is ready enjoy it with Tea or Chutney anything you like to eat with pakoda.
