first of all take heavy bottom kadai/pan
heat- tsp oil
add 3-4 green chili slits and 8-10 curry leaves , curry leaves gives a very nice flavor to this chivda
add ½ cup peanuts and sauté it on slow flame for 2minutes
after that add ½ tsp asafoetida(don’t miss this hing ka tadka) , add / tsp turmeric power
now on this stage switch off the gas and add tsp red chili power,
Now add 3 tsp lemon juice , if you have Amchur powder then skip this lemon juice.
Mix everything
Then add jowar puffs / jowar dhani 300 gm , also add puffed rice 300 gram
Mix very well everything and add powder sugar 2 tsp
Add 1 tsp red chili powder if you required
Add salt as per your taste
Now switch on the gas and keep it slow
Roast chivda on slow flame for 1-2 minutes
And then switch off the gas let it cool down , and transfer into air tight container and enjoy this crunchy munching.
