Let’s start from Ingredients:
2 TSP – Ghee
2 TSp – Oil
2 Cup Black Urad Dal – 2 Tsp Rajma
1 Tsp – Cumin Seeds
1 Cup – Chopped Onion
1 TSP – Salt
1 TSP – Turmeric Powder
1 TSP – Red Chili Powder
2 TSP Garam Masala
1 TSP – Coriander Powder
Pinch of Asafoetida
1 TSP – Garlic-Ginnger-Greenchili Paste
2 Cup – Tomato Paste
2 Cup -Water
1 TSP – Butter
Chopped Coriander to garnish
