Dal Makhni is all time favorite dish. There are different methods to make Dal Makhni , here i am going to show you the simple yet delicious Dal Makhni Recipe

 

Let’s start from Ingredients:

  • 2 TSP – Ghee
  • 2 TSp – Oil
  • 2 Cup Black Urad Dal – 2 Tsp Rajma
  • 1 Tsp – Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Cup – Chopped Onion
  • 1 TSP – Salt
  • 1 TSP – Turmeric Powder
  • 1 TSP – Red Chili Powder
  • 2 TSP Garam Masala
  • 1 TSP – Coriander Powder
  • Pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1 TSP – Garlic-Ginnger-Greenchili Paste
  • 2 Cup – Tomato Paste
  • 2 Cup -Water
  • 1 TSP – Butter
  • Chopped Coriander to garnish
