As we all know that paneer is full of calcium and protein. We must add paneer in our regular diet. There are too many paneer recipes to make, today we are going to show the most popular and almost everyone’ s favourite dish Paneer Bhurji Recipe with step by step photo and video. You can serve it with chapatti, paratha OR naan.
First of all heat the 3-4 tsp oil in to the non-stick pan, add bay leaves, stat anise, cinnamon and cardamom. Add sliced onion and add 1 tsp salt. Mix it well, cover and cook until onion change the color to the light brown.
Now add chopped Tomato & mix it well, add 2 tsp ginger – garlic – green chili paste, Cover lid and cook until tomatoes turn soft.
After that let them cool down at room temperature and make a smooth paste. (Make sure remove all khada masala – whole spices)
In same pan heat 3-4 tsp oil – 2 tsp ghee, turmeric powder, add tomato & onion gravy. Add 3-4 TSP red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, cover and cook for 10 minutes. (adjust the quantity of red chili powder and salt as per your taste)
After 10 minutes check the gravy consistency, add little bit of water if required. Add garam masala. Now add mashed paneer and combine very well with gravy, Add butter and kasuri methi mix all very well.
That’s it your Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve. Enjoy it with chapatti , naan OR paratha. You can add cashew gravy with onion and tomato gravy to make the gravy more thick.
