First wash all potato properly , peel it and cut in thick slice.
Let boil the water on high flame and add potato slice on boiling water.
Add all slices in hot oil. Fry it for 10 minutes. Stir in between. Takeout all slices from oil.
Upper layer of the slice is crispy and soft from inside. Your Delicious Potato Fingers starter is ready. Enjoy it.
