Cake Yummy!!!  Its loved by everyone, especially kids like it very much.  There is lots of different flavored cake available in the market but today i will give you the recipe of Oreo Biscuit Cake.  You can cook it without butter, baking powder and maida. if you have get together or small party at home & No time to make dessert No Worry! This Instant Cake Recipe will helps you a lot and save your time.

Let’s see the ingredients of Instant Cake Recipe

• 12 – Oreo biscuit
• 1/2 – cup milk
• 1 tsp – powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Eno
• oil for grease

First of all, take a mixer jar and grind the Oreo biscuits with cream, grind until its convert in powder form.

Take a bowl, mix oreo powder, milk, and sugar mix it well.  Now add Eno and mix it properly its convert in a smooth paste.

 

Take a microwave proof bowl, grease it with oil, pour the cake batter.  now bake it in the oven for 3 minutes on 600w.

after that check with a toothpick if it comes clean then its done! otherwise, bake it for another 1 minute.

Now let the cake cool down completely. Now unmold it in a plate, decorate with anything you love.  I have decorated here with small pieces of gems.

1. milk, sugar, and Eno took as per the quantity of biscuit.
