Sprouted Moong Chilla – Easy and Tasty Treat

Hello everyone!!

Everyone likes to eat something different and tasty as well as healthy too. Today i am going to show you a healthy recipe ” Sprouted Moon Chilla” . Sprouted Moongs are low in calorie full with fiber, vitamins B , and deliver a boost of vitamins C and K.  Let’s see the recipe below :

Ingredients :

  • 2 – cup sprouted moong
  • 1 cup – besan (Chickpea flour)
  • 1 – tomato
  • 1- onion
  • garlic
  • green chili (according to taste)
  • 1 TSP – salt
  • 1/2 TSP – garam masala
  • coriander

first, make a smooth paste of sprouted moong and pour in a bowl, add finely chopped tomato, finely chopped onion, salt, besan, garlic, garam masala, green chili and mix all these ingredients very well, add required water to make a batter for chilla. Keep a smooth flowing consistency of a batter.

heat the non-stick pan on medium gas, take a ladle full with batter and pour on the pan in round shape.  Cook the chilla on low flame till the top look cooked.  now drizzle the 1 tsp of oil on the edges of chilla. turn it gently with a spatula and let it cook to another side.

Done! fold the chilla and serve hot with Tomato ketchup or with dahi chutney
